At Highfalutin Coffee Roasters, we strive for excellence in every roast; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on equipment and exchanges for coffee products. Please note that due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee beans, we can only offer replacements or store credit for opened bags.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your expectations.
Prepare the Shipment
For brewing equipment and accessories, please ensure items are in their original packaging; for coffee quality issues, please keep the bag and remaining beans for reference.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our roastery receives and inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement coffee within 3-5 business days.
